As for those safety features, not only did we install all the critical things needed for 24/7 peace of mind, like an automatic power generator, sprinklers, alarms, etc., but we also took Noah’s approach and put in appliances two-by-two. That’s two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two washing machines, two dryers, two hot water heaters, two HVAC systems, etc. Why? Well, when your residents are depending on you to keep life stress-free, there are no excuses.
